The finest vines in our sun-drenched vineyards, each bearing only a single cluster and harvested late once the grapes have naturally dried, combined with meticulous berry selection, have produced this unique and powerful wine - GRANDE CUVEE (VRANAC & CABERNET SAUVIGNON & MERLOT). After 24 months of aging in French oak barrels, this wine reveals an intense dark ruby color with a purple sheen, infused with a rich fruit essence. It is laced with aromas of vanilla and spice, the result of prolonged oak contact, offering a harmonious and full flavor with a light touch of tannins. Rounded and smooth on the finish, it leaves pronounced legs on the glass. It pairs excellently with dishes such as roasted veal, slow-cooked meat dishes, tagliatelle with truffles, and aged cheeses.
Best enjoyed within the next 5 to 15 years.
