The finest vines in our sun-drenched vineyards, each bearing only a single cluster and harvested late once the grapes have naturally dried, combined with meticulous berry selection, have created this spectacular and unforgettable wine - CUVEE SUPERIOR (MERLOT & CABERNET SAUVIGNON & SYRAH & VRANAC & CABERNET FRANC & CARMENERE). After 30 months of aging in French and American oak barrels, this wine emerges with an intense dark ruby color and a purple sheen, infused with a rich fruit essence. It delivers an exceptional balance of bold elegance and complex fruity aromas of blackcurrant, wild cherry, and red berries, layered with vanilla and hints of spice such as white pepper and mint, leading to an endless finish. It pairs excellently with dishes such as roasted lamb, steak, game meats, and hard aged cheeses.
