The finest vines in our sun-drenched vineyards, each bearing only a single cluster and harvested late once the grapes have naturally dried, combined with meticulous berry selection, have created this unique and powerful wine - SYRAH. After 24 months of aging in French oak barrels, this elegant and finely crafted Syrah embodies a rich aromatic experience. Freshly dried grass, black olives, and a hint of Arabian mint blend into its deep, sweet-red flavor that lingers beautifully on the palate. The wine displays a ruby-red color with a purple sheen. It offers a balance of gentle elegance and fruity freshness, with a whisper of white pepper leading to an endless finish. It pairs excellently with dishes such as rosemary lamb, vegetable tagine, roasted duck, and aromatic cheeses.
