The best vines of our sunny vineyards, where only one bunch may grow per vine, and a late harvest when the grapes are already sufficiently dried and a careful selection of berries, result in this unique and powerful wine – CABERNET SAUVIGNON. After 24 months of aging in French oak barrels, it abounds with the aromas of ripe fruits, the scent of autumn leaves and cedar. It gets its dark black colour from the skins of its small dark blue berries that shine in the eye of the beholder, and provides an extremely harmonious symphony of black currant, cloves and straw that remain on the palate. The finish is different because it leaves a rich allusive feeling of the power of smoked cocoa and coffee in the mouth, slowly turning into the illusion of a sweet dream. The wine should be drunk in the next 9 to 10 years.
