Produced from carefully selected ripe Zinfandel (Crljenak) berries grown in our sun-drenched vineyards, located in one of Europe's finest wine micro-locations, this ZINFANDEL/CRLJENAK is both vibrant and expressive. It is distinguished by a lively ruby-red color and an appealing aroma of wild berries, plums, and a gentle touch of Mediterranean herbs. The wine delivers a harmonious and full flavor, with a smooth tannin structure and a delicate hint of residual sugar, resulting in a rounded and long-lasting finish.
It pairs wonderfully with dishes such as roasted lamb, grilled meats, spiced meat specialties, and rich meat platters. Best enjoyed within the next 5 to 7 years.
