Created from carefully selected ripe Graševina berries from our sun-drenched vineyards, located in one of Europe's finest wine micro-locations, this elegant GRAŠEVINA shines with a light golden color and a radiant green hue. Aged on fine lees, it is distinguished by a captivating aroma of ripe green apple, white flowers, and lemon zest, complemented by subtle mineral notes. Refreshing and well-balanced, with pleasant acidity and a long, fruity finish. It pairs beautifully with dishes like roasted fish, vegetable risottos, pasta with pesto, and fresh cheeses.
