Through the careful selection of ripe Syrah berries from our sun-drenched vineyards, located in one of Europe's finest wine micro-locations, this pure, rich, and truly distinctive SYRAH was created. Aged for twelve months in French oak barrels, this wine is marked by a ruby-red color and recognizable aromatic notes of black pepper intertwined with fruity undertones. The palate is full, elegantly rounded, and long-lasting. It pairs beautifully with dishes such as roast veal, duck with orange, mushroom-based meals, and aromatic cheeses.
